Area Sales Manager (m/f/d) Southern Germany

• Technical and disciplinary management of technical sales staff (m/f/d) in the sales area
• Establishment, organisation and continuous development of individual and team performance
• Acquisition, planning, preparation, implementation and follow-up of customer visits
• Preparation of sales and cost budgets for the assigned sales area
• Preparation of market analyses, customer potential surveys and competition profiles
• Identification of innovation potential Planning, organisation and implementation of regular team meetings, trade fairs, sales events, customer events and workshops

What we expect from you

• Completed vocational training with a focus on economics/technology technical focus, ideally with recognised additional training, e.g. as a technician or similar
• Several years of professional/management experience in a comparable position, ideally with industry relevance
• Extensive market knowledge in the mould and toolmaking industries
• Strong communication skills, negotiation skills and assertiveness
• High level of commitment, organisational skills and systematic approach to work, as well as customer focus and service mentality
