Area Sales Manager (m/f/d) Hungary

With approximately 650 employees worldwide, including 280 colleagues in Herrenberg and a total of fourteen other locations, we have grown steadily in recent years.

We are currently seeking a full-time Area Sales Manager (m/f/d) in Hungary to start immediately.

Your Tasks:

• Drive sales growth and business development activities within the Hungarian market
• Identify and acquire new customers while expanding existing business relationships and market opportunities
• Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term customer relationships through regular visits and professional support
• Promote and position the company's products and solutions effectively across target industries
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decision-making
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market insights for management
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Product Management, Customer Service, and Technical Support
• Represent the company at training programs, trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events both locally and internationally

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Electronics or a related field preferred
• 3-5 years of sales experience in the electronics industry or related sectors
• Proven success in achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities
• Good understanding of the Hungarian market and its key industry segments
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as within Willingness to travel within Hungary and internationally
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Fluent in Hungarian and English.
