Art Director - Social Media B2B (all genders) Work possible in Munich or Frankfurt/Main

Tasks

We are looking for YOU – Art Director - Social Media B2B – to join Oscar Bravo. Shape Lufthansa Group’s Retail Media future by transforming premium travel touchpoints into scalable advertising products, driving go-to-market strategies, and building innovative media solutions.

What you’ll do:

• Develop visual concepts for B2B marketing topics and ongoing social media content
• Create mood boards, visual explorations and visual guidelines for campaigns, content series and recurring formats
• Design and produce images, graphics, illustrations, carousels and other static assets
• Turn complex business, product and industry topics into clear and engaging visual communication
• Work confidently within established brand identities and guidelines while finding fresh visual solutions
• Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, B2B Marketing Managers, Content Strategists and Copywriters from brief to final delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need:

• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, art direction or a comparable creative role
• A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent graphic design craft and digital or social media work
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma
• A strong understanding of typography, layout, image composition, illustration and visual storytelling
• Able to develop visual ideas independently and execute them to a consistently high standard
• Comfortable working across different brands, audiences and subject areas
• Very good English skills; German is a plus
• Experience with B2B, corporate or complex subject matter is a plus

We would like to have you join our team for the long term. The position is initially a two-year fixed-term contract, but offers a clear prospect of becoming permanent.
