Lead Art Director (all genders)

In this role you will lead the visual quality and creative craft across performance marketing, product videos, and brand initiatives at Holidu. You will build scalable AI-powered workflows to accelerate content production while maintaining brand consistency across markets. You’ll mentor the design team, set creative standards, and collaborate with cross-functional peers to impact millions of guests and thousands of hosts. • Concept, produce, and iterate performance marketing ads (video/static) for Google, Meta, TikTok across multiple brands
• Design and optimise landing pages for conversion
• Lead video productions: planning, art direction, and post-production
• Create explainer and tutorial videos for product features and services
• Develop visual identities for brands and new product features
• Own creative ops: take briefs, prioritise, push back when needed
• Review and elevate design output across performance marketing, brand campaigns, and landing pages
• Ensure brand consistency across ads, social, web, and product across markets
• Mentor the design team with hands-on feedback on art direction, motion design, and performance creative best practices
• Inspire the design team through creative reviews and mentorship

• 7+ years of experience in an in-house tech company or high-volume agency
• Strong portfolio in branding, advertising, motion design, video production, and web design
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Motion design expertise (essential)
• Experience with AI tools for content creation
• Platform fluency across Google, Meta, TikTok, and short-form video formats
• B2B/SaaS landing page design and conversion optimisation is a plus
• Experience across multiple brands or markets is a plus
• Fluency in English; other languages a plus
• Agency or in-house experience at a tech/product company is a plus
