Asset Manager – Luxury Goods & Collectibles

What your role will be

As an Asset Manager – Luxury Goods & Collectibles at Timeless, you will be responsible for building and developing our luxury goods category, with a focus on areas such as watches, handbags, jewellery, and selected modern collectibles. You will identify compelling sourcing opportunities, expand our partner network, and help shape the strategic direction of the category. We are looking for someone with strong market expertise, sourcing experience, and a relevant network in the luxury or collectible goods ecosystem. You should have an entrepreneurial mindset, strong ownership, and the ability to combine commercial intuition with a structured and analytical approach. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across sourcing, analytics, operations, and portfolio management to help build a professional and scalable category.

Your responsibilities

• Source attractive opportunities across luxury goods and selected collectible segments
• Build, manage, and expand relationships with dealers, specialists, auction houses, platforms, and private partners
• Evaluate opportunities based on quality, condition, authenticity, brand relevance, market demand, and pricing
• Help define category focus areas, sourcing priorities, and strategic development initiatives
• Negotiate sourcing opportunities and commercial terms with partners
• Monitor market trends, pricing movements, liquidity, and transaction activity across relevant segments
• Work closely with internal stakeholders across analytics, operations, and portfolio management
• Support the preparation of investment cases, valuation input, and internal decision-making materials
• Ensure a professional and scalable sourcing process with proper documentation and transparency

What we want to see in you

• Several years of relevant experience in luxury goods, collectibles, auction houses, resale platforms, dealers, or adjacent specialist markets
• Strong expertise in at least one relevant segment such as watches, handbags, jewellery, or related luxury collectibles
• Proven sourcing capability and an existing network across relevant market participants
• Strong commercial instinct combined with a structured and analytical way of working
• Ability to assess opportunities not only from a category perspective, but also from a market and pricing perspective
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong ownership, and a hands-on attitude
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and growing environment
