Under the leadership and direction of the Director for Career Services and Strategic Initiatives, this position oversees program assessment, reporting, forecasting and data mining and analysis in support of operations for the Steinbright Career Development Center. The Assistant Director for Program Assessment and Operations collaborates with academic and administrative departments to ensure data integrity and quality in support of University strategic goals. This position serves as a member of Steinbright’s leadership team.
This position is classified as Exempt, grade K. Compensation for this grade ranges from $ 60,240.00 to$ 90,350.00per year. Please note that the offered rate for thisposition will vary based on thesuccessful candidate’s qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review.
