The Assistant Purchasing Manager ensures that the various departments have everything they need for business operations and, together with the F&B Operations Manager, takes care of admin procedures. We’re looking forward to welcoming you to our hotel as Assistant Purchasing Manager (m/f/d).

Job Description

How does your working day look like …

• You’ll make sure inventories are optimally managed, and that the storeroom’s never in chaos
• You’ll help to draw up budgets, and keep a business-like eye on orders
• You’ll support various F & B projects, and pitch in when one of your colleagues from F & B or the stores is on leave
• As a trained catering specialist you’ll never lose sight of the overall picture, even when one project follows on the heels of the another

Qualifications

Your personality counts more than your CV …

• You’ve had professional experience in a similar role, and you’re an artist when it comes to admin
• You have fun trying things out and taking the road less travelled
• You’re a whizz‑kid at organisation, and your IT skills speak for themselves
• You’re not just bringing your abilities, but also your character
