Associate Consultant (Germany - February 2027)

Join FactSet as a Client Solutions Associate in Frankfurt to strengthen client relationships and promote product adoption. You will translate client workflows into FactSet solutions, deliver training, and support onboarding while acting as a client advocate to Product Development. You’ll collaborate with financial professionals to understand processes and improve research and analysis using FactSet tools. • Build client relationships and understand their workflows to tailor FactSet solutions
• Provide support for FactSet applications and create custom models, screens, and automated processes
• Plan and deliver product trainings in client offices and at seminars
• Gather client feedback and advocate for client needs with Product Development
• Promote user adoption and ensure smooth onboarding through training and workflows
• Serve as trusted advisor to clients and uphold the company’s client-support standards

• Strong interest in Finance and/or FinTech
• Client-facing experience in a support role
• Strong proficiency in German
• Ability to learn and use new technology quickly
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build relationships and work in teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office with Excel skills
• Master’s Degree conferred by January 2027
