Associate or Consultant, Tech and Digital Advantage - ERP

In this role within BCG’s Tech and Digital practice, you help clients gain competitive advantage through data, technology, and digital initiatives. You will work at the intersection of business and technology, tackling strategies around digital transformation, ERP transformations, data platforms, and AI. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to create change, win buy-in, and deliver value for diverse industries. This is a hands-on, growth-focused role with strong training and mentoring to deepen your digital capabilities. You’ll be part of a global, collaborative team shaping how technology drives business outcomes.

• Take end-to-end responsibility for larger, complex modules within projects while developing specialized knowledge
• Work on digital topics from ERP transformations to data platforms and AI, applying generalist consulting skills to strategic questions
• Partner with clients to understand issues, craft change strategies, and secure buy-in for recommendations
• Collaborate with BCG colleagues to create value and competitive advantage across practice areas
• Contribute to discussions on how AI, data, and agile methods transform client business models

• Experience with ERP or enterprise systems transformations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, or comparable platforms)
• Experience working on technology or digital projects in a consulting or corporate environment
• Experience supporting digital initiatives in business roles (e.g., business analyst, digital project lead)
• Experience in tech startups or scale-ups is a plus
• Roles in digital strategy or digital marketing can be relevant
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
• Strong academic record (bachelor’s or advanced degree)
