Associate, Credit Risk Manager, Risk Management Group

Key Responsibilities

• Provide effective credit support to meet business targets.
• Frame the lending policy framework, processes, and workflow; assist in establishing the mortgages business in India.
• Approve credit applications judiciously in accordance with the Delegation of Authority (DOA).
• Ensure the bank’s exposure in India maintains an acceptable quality at all times.
• Guide the relationship manager team on policy and process matters.
• Achieve expected productivity of 15–20 project deliverables (PDs), each comprising roughly 50–60 visits.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in credit underwriting and a total of at least 10 years in related fields.
• Proficiency in financial and self‑assessment underwriting methods with strong analytical skills in customer profile/business assessment.
• Experience delivering effective credit support and meeting business targets.
