Associate Director Accounts Payable (m/f/d)

As Senior Manager Accounts Payable, you will lead a large AP organization within Redcare, ensuring accurate, scalable operations in a high-volume environment. You’ll drive cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Procurement, and other departments to optimize processes and systems. This role sits at the core of finance transformation, shaping how AP operates at scale. You’ll attract and develop talent, implement automation, and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency and control.

• Lead and develop a large AP organization to high performance
• Own end-to-end Accounts Payable operations with a focus on accuracy, efficiency and scale
• Drive process improvements, automation, and effective ERP/system usage
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement and other departments across the business
• Lead change and transformation initiatives to bring structure and continuous improvement to AP

• 6+ years of Accounts Payable experience with leadership in large or complex setups
• Strong people leadership with talent development and accountability capabilities
• Hands-on mindset with attention to detail and deep dive into operations
• Experience with ERP systems and automation plus a process improvement mindset
• Strong stakeholder management skills in a dynamic environment
• German language skills are a plus
