Associate Director, Procurement RX (Fully Remote)

• Lead strategic negotiations with RX manufacturers, covering generics and parallel import segments.
• Build and maintain long-term supplier partnerships in the German market.
• Drive end-to-end ownership of the value chain, from supplier to end customer perspective.

Qualifications:

• Completed commercial studies or equivalent training.
• Several years of strategic procurement experience, ideally in pharma, FMCG, or consumer healthcare.
• Proven ability to navigate regulated markets and build data-driven strategies.
• Personal development through internal and external training.
