Associate, Investment Associate – Growth Strategy

Armira is looking for an Investment Associate to join their Munich office. In this role, you’ll be involved in the entire investment process, working closely with established entrepreneurs. The position offers a chance to take on significant responsibility early on and contribute to the growth of Mittelstand companies.

What You’ll Do

• Work on all parts of the investment process, from sourcing to execution.
• Conduct due diligence and financial analyses.
• Manage processes for due diligence and financing.
• Help create value in portfolio companies through enhancement plans.

What You Need

• 1-3 years of professional or consulting experience.
• Strong academic background in business, finance, economics, engineering, or related fields.
• Experience in M&A-related projects is a plus.
• Outstanding analytical skills and financial knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Fluent in German and English.
