Founder's Associate Intern – Operations & Strategy

Responsibilities

• Finance & Controlling: maintenance and further development of our financial model
• Preparation of month‑end closings
• Support with cap table management and investor reporting
• Identification and implementation of process improvements in day‑to‑day operations
• Automating repetitive workflows using tools such as Make, n8n, and Claude Code/Cowork
• Coordinating and optimizing our recruiting processes
• Supporting onboarding of new team members and managing employee data
• Taking ownership of strategic projects: market and competitor analyses, introduction of new tools, or establishing new processes

Requirements

• Enrolled in or graduated from a reputable university (Bachelor's or Master's degree)
• Initial practical experience through internships or working‑student roles in a startup environment, management consulting, or venture capital
• Analytical mindset, structured way of working, and hands‑on attitude
• High level of initiative and a strong sense of responsibility
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
• Minimum availability of 3 months
