Requirements

• 5-7+ years in social media strategy with demonstrated expertise in platform-native content and engagement strategy
• Proven track record of growing social presence with strategic intent
• Strong creative taste and editorial instinct for social content
• 2+ years building AI-powered systems and automated workflows
• Technical fluency with APIs, automation platforms, and integrations
• Strong strategic thinker who takes things from 0 to 1 independently
• Data-obsessed: builds dashboards, runs experiments, iterates based on signal
