The Role

Leverage your expertise and our comprehensive capabilities in this dynamic role. As a Associate Partner - Consult Partner, Financial Services Industry (FSI) & Consult Industry Lead working in the Kyndryl Consult team, the organization’s fastest‑growing business, you’ll craft innovative solutions for some of Kyndryl’s largest accounts. You will play a key leadership role across multi‑disciplinary teams, guiding them through complex consulting engagements, and leading your team to success. Your leadership will be critical in fostering talent development and innovation within the organization.

You’ll be responsible for creating and positioning strategic change agendas within Kyndryl's largest accounts across the C‑suite, spanning the intersection between complex business and IT customer solutions. Transformations that bring AI and infrastructure together to create outcomes that scale across the entire customer eco‑system.

With customer engagement being a core part of the job, this role demands a strong presence, industry expertise, and the ability to cultivate relationships with CXO‑level customers.

Contribute to Profitable Growth

  • Sustain growth: Drive significant financial outcomes through signings and revenue targets. Manage margin expectations and backlog growth.
  • Spot opportunities: Support the identification, pursuit and conversion of a pipeline of business development opportunities.
  • Determine scope: Undertake scoping and fee negotiation on engagements, while ensuring profitability and understanding and containing risk.

Build Customer Engagement

  • Get connected: Build and maintain deep relationships with customer CXOs and be seen as the 'go‑to' person and a trusted advisor by senior executives.
  • Take the lead: Lead C‑level customer interactions and consulting initiatives, deliverables and outputs of a deal engagement.
  • Inform and advise: Demonstrate credibility and experience to advise and deliver on complex consulting engagement.
  • Keep customers happy: Enhance customer satisfaction, as measured by Net Promoter Score (NPS) and new relationship development. Secure customer references.

Achieve Operational Excellence

  • Hit your goals: Achieve individual and team utilization targets.
  • Take control: Lead the design of complex engagements and take responsibility for oversight of delivery, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction.

Who You Are

Required skills and experience

  • Around 15 years of professional experience in customer engagement and relationship management at the CXO level
  • Demonstrable ability to build and commercialize relationships with senior executives
  • Proven track record of leading and executing complex projects with multidisciplinary teams in a consulting, corporate or public sector environment
  • Effective financial acumen with experience in driving revenue growth and managing margins
  • Experience of managing or supporting high‑value business development activities with senior stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of industry trends and technology in Financial Services sector
  • Sound personal brand and presence in the industry
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive change
