Associate Partner, Consult Partner - Insurance

As a Consult Partner at Kyndryl, you will shape strategic change agendas for Allianz across critical business and IT transformations. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, own high-level client relationships, and drive profitable growth through deal leadership and execution. You’ll operate in a transactional environment, guiding engagements from scoping to delivery while maintaining commercial focus and risk control. This is a senior, influential role focused on CXO-level partnerships, thought leadership, and cross-functional impact within the company’s largest accounts.

• Drive profitable growth through signings, revenue targets, and backlog management

• 10+ years of technology consulting experience with delivery, business development, and sales growth
• Extensive CXO-level client engagement and relationship management
• Existing high-level Allianz Technology network or relevant connections
• Proven ability to lead complex projects with multidisciplinary teams
• Experience with international teams and global delivery
• Strong financial acumen for revenue growth and margin management
• Proven innovator and driver of change
• Strong Insurance industry knowledge
• Strong personal brand and industry presence
• Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
