Associate - Product Manager (m/f/d)

In this role, you will help position PATRIZIA’s investment solutions across real assets and support capital raising activities for institutional and private wealth clients. You will collaborate with product developers and investment specialists to shape messaging, materials, and investor proposals. You will contribute to the design and launch of new products and help evolve the Client Division’s operating model through AI and digital initiatives. This is a growth-focused position with exposure to cross-functional teams and a clear path into product development or fundraising leadership.

• Drive the positioning and marketing of investment solutions across real estate and infrastructure
• Collaborate with Product Developers and Investment Specialists to support fundraising with global investors
• Lead the creation of high-impact client materials, investment presentations, and bespoke investor proposals
• Own due diligence processes and responses to information requests to ensure excellent client experience
• Assist design and evolution of new investment products from concept to launch
• Contribute to the future operating model of the Client Division via AI adoption, process optimization, and digital innovation
• Develop into a trusted product expert and strategic partner to fundraising teams

• 4-7 years in Financial Services, ideally real estate or infrastructure investment management
• Experience in client services, investor relations or business development
• Familiarity with RFIs/DDQs and marketing materials; understanding of sales, regulatory, and operational frameworks
• Proficiency with tools like Responsive and Seismic
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; ability to engage across teams
• Ownership mindset, commercial awareness, and willingness to work across multiple tasks
• Analytical with excellent time-management and attention to detail
• MS Office suite proficiency (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); proactive with AI tools
• Fluent English; German helpful; other European languages desirable
