As an Associate Product Manager, you will shape tax-related client experiences and internal tooling across German and international contexts. You’ll drive product discovery, design intuitive self-service tax features, and establish robust client tax data foundations. You’ll collaborate with engineers and domain experts to deliver scalable, compliant solutions. • End-to-End Product Ownership from discovery to launch focusing on client tax master data and tax features
• Define and execute a product strategy and roadmap aligned with long-term goals; emphasize UX, data quality, and efficiency
• Design and improve intuitive self-service tax experiences for clients (tax overviews, submissions, data interactions)
• Own and evolve client tax data collection, maintenance, and structuring as a foundation for downstream systems
• Build and improve internal tools and workflows to empower teams handling tax-related requests

• Interest in taxation topics related to client data, reporting, and regulatory processes in German and international contexts
• Prior experience in product management or related roles in fintech/banking or complex environments
• Natural curiosity for complex topics with multiple interdependencies
• Strong affinity for UX and customer-facing product development
• Excellent analytical thinking using quantitative and qualitative data
• Meticulous attention to detail and a culture of excellence
• Clear, concise communication tailored to software engineers, stakeholders, or executives
