The role

AsAssociateProgrammeManager for Helsing's Land domain, you take ownership of broadly defined tasks within aprogramme, managing your workstream to completion with a high degree of independence. You build initial working-level relationships with customers within your area of responsibility and develop an internal network that allows you to draw on the right capabilities when needed. You apply structured, best-in‑classproject management approaches to track progress, surface issues and keep delivery on schedule, contributing meaningfully to some of Europe's most consequentialdefencetechnologyprogrammes.

The day-to-day

• Take ownership of a defined set ofprogrammetasks within the Land domain, managing your workstream from planning through to delivery and producing high-quality outputs with limited oversight

• Build andmaintainworking-level relationships with customers within your area of responsibility, supporting stakeholder interactions and ensuring actions from meetings are tracked and followed through

• Develop andmaintainprogrammetracking tools and risk registers, providing clear andtimelystatus updates toprogrammeleadershipand flagging issues at the earliest opportunity

• Support cross-functional coordination across internal teams, ensuring the right capabilities are available within your workstream and that dependencies areidentifiedand resolved proactively

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Helsing'sprogrammemanagement practice by applying structured approaches and translating lessons learned into repeatable processes

You should apply if you

• Have supported or coordinated delivery workstreams within adefence, aerospace, automotive or engineering environment, taking ownership of defined tasks and managing them to completion independently

• Have built andmaintainedproject tracking tools or risk registers and can produce clear,accuratestatus reports forprogrammeleadership

• Can apply structured, best-in‑classproject management approaches and are committed to developing your practice,whether or notyou hold a formal certification

• Communicate with full fluency in English and German (C1), written and spoken, and are comfortable navigating standard defence and procurement terminology

• Are willing to travel regularly to partner and customer locations and can meet all requirements for national security clearance under applicable law
