Associate, Recruiting Experienced Hire

In this role you will support attracting, screening and hiring top consulting talent for Bain’s Germany & Austria General Consulting Pool. You will manage key parts of the candidate journey, from campus events to assessment days, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. You’ll lead and support recruiting events and initiatives and contribute to hiring analyses for continuous improvement. This position offers exposure to end-to-end talent processes in a global, high-performance culture.

• Support the Fulltime Hire Team in attracting talent for consulting roles across Germany & Austria
• Serve as central contact for candidates throughout the Talent Journey, from university events to assessment days
• Pre-select promising candidates for the selection process and oversee assessment day activities
• Conceptualize, plan and execute campus activities and flagship recruiting events
• Collaborate with Recruiting team colleagues to develop strategies to advance hiring activities
• Support internal consultants with recruiting-related queries
• Prepare regular analyses along the Talent Journey to measure recruiting success and present results to stakeholders

• Initial experience in recruiting, talent acquisition and/or campus marketing
• Education in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Law or related field; HR management focus preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High service orientation and enthusiasm for working with candidates and stakeholders
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of topics
