Associate, Recruiting Fulltime Hiring

In this role you will support Bain's Fulltime Hire Team across Germany and Austria, acting as the central contact point for candidates and guiding them through the Talent Journey. You’ll shape campus recruiting efforts, plan flagship events, and contribute to sourcing strategies. You’ll collaborate with internal consultants and measure recruiting outcomes to inform stakeholders. This position offers hands-on recruitment, campus outreach, and the chance to contribute to a collaborative, impact-driven culture at Bain.

• Serve as the primary candidate contact from university events through assessment days
• Pre-select top candidates for the selection process and coordinate assessment day activities
• Conceptualize, plan, and execute campus activities and flagship recruiting events
• Collaborate with team to develop strategies to advance fulltime hiring
• Provide recruiting-related support to internal consultants
• Prepare analyses along the Talent Journey and present to stakeholders

• University degree in business administration, social sciences, or law (focus on HR management preferred)
• Initial experience in recruiting and/or campus marketing
• Proficient in MS Office; data analytics knowledge is a plus
• Excellent German and English written and spoken skills
