You’ll work directly with our founder (10+ years in international recruitment, former LinkedIn Top Voice, 16k+ followers, and still making placements every month).

WHO THIS IS FOR

• Native or fluent (C1+) German plus fluent English
• Based in Berlin or relocating (hybrid, 3 days per week in office post-probation)
• No recruitment experience needed - we'll train you from first principles, if you've got the right attitude
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound contact by phone, email and DMs, daily, from day one
• Coachable - you take feedback and visibly act on it
