Associate Salesforce Consultant, Quality Assurance (Fully Remote)

Responsibilities

• Support QA initiatives for Salesforce and AI-driven transformation projects.
• Work closely with development teams, stakeholders, and customers throughout the software lifecycle.

Accountabilities

• Participate in project meetings and collaborate to understand business requirements and testing objectives.
• Create detailed test plans, test cases, and execute functional, system, integration, and UAT testing.
• Document defects, track results, and share test status reports with teams and customers.

Requirements

• Around 1 year of QA experience through internships or associate roles.
• General understanding of Salesforce platform; Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fully remote work from eligible locations in India.
