Overview

In this role you drive innovative concepts and recipes for dairy- and ice cream-focused sweet goods, managing international customer projects from concept to launch. You liaise with sales and other stakeholders, evaluate products by sensory and physical properties, and ensure robust documentation and data analysis. You thrive in an international, cross-functional environment and contribute to ongoing product development and nutrition trends.

Lead customer projects from concept to final product launch
Drive cross-functional initiatives and work with project teams
Maintain strong customer focus and participate in customer meetings
Serve as technical point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders
Prepare samples and evaluate products using sensory and physical properties
Ensure proper product documentation and perform data analysis

Zentrale Anforderungen

unspecified degree; educated in Food Science, Food Technology, Dairy Science or comparable field
relevant experience in the food industry
strong expertise in fruit preparations, dairy and ice cream applications
interest in product development, nutrition, and food trends
ability to work on complex development processes with strong problem-solving
experience with international customers as a technical counterpart
proven ability to work on cross-functional projects
innovative mindset with willingness to explore new approaches
customer-oriented mindset and willingness to travel domestically and internationally
familiarity with common software programs and IT affinity
ability to thrive in an international, collaborative environment
affinity for agile ways of working
very good English and good German (or native in one of them)
valid European work permit
