Professional knowledge and skills

• Completed studies, ideally in an electrotechnical / electronic field
• Several years of professional experience (at least three to five years) in project management
• Analytical thinking
• Entrepreneurial thinking
• Ability to work in a team & resilience
• Willingness to travel & flexibility
• Fluent in written and spoken German and English
• Technological analysis & scouting: Investigation and evaluation of new business areas in the fields of photovoltaics, e-mobility and wind energy
• Concept and prototype development
• Programming & automation: Development of tools, interfaces and smaller software features to optimize internal processes and product functions
• Interface function: Supporting sales and management in translating technical possibilities into marketable products and solutions
• Project management: responsibility for innovation projects from the idea phase to market launch
• Digitalization and automation: Identification and implementation of measures for internal process digitalization
• Market observation and presence: participation in trade fairs and relevant events
• Cooperation in close coordination with development, project management and product management
