Overview

In this role you will develop and optimize test programs for state-of-the-art ATE production testers, focusing on Teradyne J750. You will support wafer and final test of microcontroller devices with embedded NVM, and collaborate with design, concept, and test teams to ensure producible test concepts. You will analyze test data, document results, and drive improvements to yield and reliability. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role at the intersection of R&D and production, offering impact on device performance and manufacturing efficiency.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Develop and implement test programs on ATE production testers (Teradyne J750)
Work on wafer and final test for microcontroller devices with embedded NVM
Debug and verify test programs and test patterns in a secure lab environment
Perform engineering and characterization tests on wafer level and packaged devices
Optimize test programs to reduce yield losses related to testing
Analyze and interpret test data to support learning cycles for NVM settings and performance
Document test results with structured reporting
Coordinate with design, concept, product and test engineering teams on test concepts and DfT topics
Transfer and support test packages for production readiness

Zentrale Anforderungen

Studies in Electrical Engineering, Physics or comparable field
Experience in semiconductor test engineering, especially test program development
Hands-on experience with ATE (Teradyne J750 preferred)
Expert knowledge in digital test development (VBA)
Experience with JIRA and versioning tools (SVN, Git)
Programming/scripting knowledge (Batch, C/C++, Python)
Experience in test data analysis and statistical methods
Team player with good communication skills
Proficient English (written and spoken)
