Atlassian Consultant

• Support clients in establishing agile and collaborative ways of working and advise them on the most suitable Atlassian products for their collaboration and operational processes.
• Analyze and document business requirements, processes and concepts, and develop solution designs.
• Build collaborative intranets using Confluence (e.g., digital workplaces).
• Configure Jira workflows to digitize and automate business processes.
• Manage projects and coordinate our internal development team to extend Atlassian tools with apps and macros.

Requirements

• Degree in (business) computer science, business administration or equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience with Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence.
• At least 3 years of project experience working directly with clients.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for understanding and improving processes and systems; strong service and customer orientation.
• High quality awareness, commitment and an independent working style.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork.
• Fluent German and English.
• Ideally Atlassian certification or willingness to obtain one, plus several years of practical administration experience with Jira, Confluence or other Atlassian tools (Bitbucket, Bamboo), and experience managing projects independently.
