Responsibilities

• Legal advice in citizenship and residence (immigration) law.
• Communication with immigration authorities, the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF), administrative courts and other relevant authorities.
• Representation before authorities and courts.
• Filing applications and lawsuits.

Requirements

• Two successfully passed state law examinations (Staatsexamen).
• Admission to the bar or willingness to apply for bar admission.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Reliable, structured and independent working style.
• Affinity for digital work and digital workflows.
• Commitment to advising and representing clients with migrant backgrounds.
• Willingness to learn and to grow professionally.
