Attorney — Labor & Employment, International

• Advising international clients on German individual and collective labor law
• Supporting restructurings, outsourcing and M&A transactions
• Drafting and implementing international HR policies in the German context
• Assisting with cross-border projects
• Negotiating with works councils and supporting labor court proceedings
• Working closely with international teams and coordinating with other practice groups

Requirements

• Above-average results in the German state law examinations (Staatsexamen)
• Initial experience in labor law (entry-level to junior level)
• Very good German and English language skills
• Interest in economic contexts and international work
• Structured, independent working style and strong team orientation
