Technical Account Manager ( Audio Visual Integration & Design)

Location: Germany - Stuttgart / Baden Wurttemberg area.

Are you a seasoned AV professional with a passion for delivering innovative solutions?

We’re seeking a dynamic Technical Account Manager to be the technical bridge between cutting-edge AV products and our valued clients in the vibrant region of South Germany.

Based in or around Stuttgart, Mannheim, or Karlsruhe, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting customers, promoting product excellence, and driving successful integrations across the industry.

In this high-impact position, you’ll leverage your extensive technical expertise in audio-visual integration and design to build strong relationships with technical managers, provide expert training, and troubleshoot complex projects on-site.

Required Skills:

• 5 to 10 years of technical experience in AV integration and design
• Strong knowledge of Audio Visual systems, including integration and product design
• Degree in Electronics Engineering, Medientechnik, Fernsehtechnik, or related field
• Fluent in both German and English, with excellent communication skills
• Willingness to travel extensively within the southern Germany region
• Prior experience supporting customers from a remote home office setup
• Experience with product marketing research and technical documentation review
• Background in troubleshooting complex AV setups and conducting technical training

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Electronics Engineering, Medientechnik, or equivalent
• Proven track record in AV system support and customer-facing technical roles

Other Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel mainly within the South of Germany
• Passion for staying current with technological advancements in AV systems
• Desire to grow professionally through extensive training programs and certifications
