Auto Claims Adjuster – Trainee

Investigate basic aspects of auto claims, including coverage, liability, and damages
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate customer service
Use company systems and technology to handle claims
Partner with others to determine subrogation or fraud potential and appropriate handling
Apply understanding of company insurance policies, the insurance industry, and organizational relationships
Recognize and identify vehicle body parts and potential property damage
Take ownership of claims from start to finish
Evaluate coverage, assess liability and damages, and negotiate claim resolutions within set authority

Requirements

Strong customer service and multitasking skills
Ability to take full ownership of claims from start to finish
Organized, proactive, and highly communicative in a remote environment
Ability to multitask effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of systems and technology used within the company
Basic understanding of company insurance policies, the insurance industry, and organizational relationships
Candidates must possess authorization to work in the United States
Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home
Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
