Senior Consultant, Automotive Production & Operations (German Speaking)

Location: On-site at suppliers, primarily across Germany

Travel: Approximately 4 days per week on-site | Type: Permanent Employment | Industry: Automotive

What You’ll Do

• Travel across Germany to work directly with leading automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
• Be directly involved in shaping supplier performance and production success at some of the industry's top automotive companies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on supplier performance, production efficiency, and logistics stability.
• Drive end-to-end supplier management, including onboarding, capability assessments, quality improvement initiatives, and risk mitigation.
• Identify and resolve production, quality, and supply chain bottlenecks.
• Strengthen supplier relationships while driving measurable and sustainable improvements.
• Collaborate closely with P3 experts and client teams to implement lasting change and deliver tangible results.

Who You Are

• Fluent in German and confident in English.
• A problem-solver who can connect strategic insight with operational execution.
• Have worked directly with Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers on-site in factories or production plants and have been responsible for supplier performance or production coordination.
• Have managed supplier production readiness, tooling, PPAP, and/or APQP processes.
• Hold a relevant university degree.
