Azure DevOps Specialist (m/f/d)

In this role you will join the MACH group to enable robust software development and system automation for semiconductor manufacturing. You will drive CI/CD improvements and lead the migration from Atlassian to Azure DevOps, shaping our development environment. You’ll work in a cross-functional, agile team to deliver scalable DevOps solutions using a modern stack. This position offers the chance to impact production stability and efficiency across global teams, with a focus on continuous improvement and cloud-native practices.

• Implement CI/CD solutions to enable feature delivery
• Lead migration from Atlassian Suite to Azure DevOps
• Shape working environment and processes for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with a cross-functional agile team including developers, Product Owner, and Scrum Master
• Manage and apply DevOps tech stack (Kubernetes, Linux, Terraform, PowerShell, Packer)
• Support software stack around .NET (C#, .NET 6, WPF, gRPC, ASP.NET Core, EF Core, MS-SQL)

• Bachelor in Software Engineering or Computer Science or related field
• 0–2 years of related work experience (depending on degree path)
• Experience in software development or DevOps
• Proficiency with Kubernetes, Linux, Terraform, PowerShell, Packer
• Familiarity with .NET stack (C#, .NET 6, WPF, gRPC, ASP.NET Core, EF Core, MS-SQL)
• Willingness to mentor junior team members
