• Experience creating and executing marketing campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot or another marketing automation platform.
• Experience supporting webinars, events or integrated marketing campaigns.
• Ability to work with campaign data and performance reports.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Marketing, Sales and BDR teams.
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to work from our Munich office on a hybrid basis and travel occasionally when required

Nice to have

• Experience in ERP, SaaS or B2B technology environments.
• Exposure to lead generation and lead management processes.

What success looks like

• Taken ownership of campaign execution activities currently handled by senior team members.
• Become confident using HubSpot and our campaign processes.
• Successfully delivered email campaigns, webinars and marketing activities across the DACH region.
