BIOS Senior/Lead Software Engineer (Fully Remote)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, integrate, and maintain CPU firmware, BIOS, boot loader software, and low‑level system components.
• Develop automated validation and testing solutions using C, C++, and Python to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Bring up and validate new CPU boards, working closely with hardware engineers and technology vendors.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent with 8+ years experience.
• Expert‑level programming experience in C, with strong knowledge of C++ and Python considered an asset.
• Hands‑on experience bringing up new CPU boards and validating hardware platforms.

• Competitive base salary range of approximately $120,000 to $195,000 CAD, depending on location.
