About our client

For our client, a globally active biopharmaceutical company with a high-tech biotech production site in Central Switzerland, we are looking for a motivated Biotech Production Operator (m/f/d) . The site plays a key role in developing and manufacturing innovative biotechnological active substances and supplying medicines for clinical studies around the world.

Your responsibilities

• Support material staging, transfers, inspections and inventory checks in a GMP environment
• Assist with the assembly and disassembly of single-use systems and process equipment
• Carry out sampling activities based on approved sampling plans, SOPs and batch records
• Prepare and clear manufacturing rooms, including equipment setup and cleaning
• Perform routine tasks in Weigh & Dispense , upstream and downstream solution supply areas
• Support washer and autoclave operations according to validated cycles
• Assist with calibration and routine maintenance of production equipment
• Accurately complete GMP documentation such as batch records, logbooks and electronic systems
• Flag deviations, safety observations or irregularities and support audits when needed

Your profile

• Completed technical or scientific vocational training (e.g. biotechnology, chemistry, lab technician)
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a GMP manufacturing environment, ideally biotech or pharma
• Solid knowledge of GDP and ALCOA+ principles
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom and handling both single-use and stainless-steel equipment
• A structured, detail-oriented way of working paired with a strong sense of compliance
• Team spirit you'll be working in pairs within the production areas
• Fluent in German and English
