Responsibilities

• Ensure our wind turbines operate reliably by carrying out on‑site servicing and maintenance
• As part of a team (at least 2-3 people), inspect and repair the rotor blades on wind turbines
• Learn about the complex structure of rotor blades and their various components
• Carry out modification work to improve the performance of our turbines
• Apply practical skills when working with laminating resins and composite materials
• Document work digitally in a simple and efficient way

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in electrical engineering, metalworking, mechanical and automotive engineering, building services engineering or have a comparable technical qualification
• Specialist knowledge of epoxy resins, glass fibre and carbon fibre
• Ideally, a qualification as a rope access technician according to FISAT or IRATA
• High level of safety awareness, particularly when working with hazardous substances
• Can prepare and document technical reports independently
• Willing to travel within Germany during the week and be back home on the weekend
• Familiar with Microsoft and iOS operating systems and apps, and ideally have experience with SAP
• Driving licence, ideally class C1E
• Very good German and good English skills
