As a Junior Account Executive SaaS Sales (m/f/d) , you will work alongside the sales team and senior management to further develop our inbound-focused sales approach. Following an intensive induction and working closely with our Head of Sales, you will take on responsibilities in key account management, supporting our international growth and the day-to-day sales process for our multi-award-winning and innovative BIC Platform.

  • Supporting existing customers and making initial acquisitions of new customers
  • Presenting our BIC products to prospects and customers, either in person or online
  • Developing new sales channels in collaboration with the Head of Sales BPM DACH
  • Supporting the Head of Sales BPM DACH in the area of Customer Success Management

Your profile

  • You have a passion for B2B sales
  • A successfully completed degree in Economics, Business Administration, Sales Management or a related field
  • Initial professional experience in sales, ideally within a software company
  • A proactive, dynamic sales personality with the ability to get things done
  • Strong IT skills and technical understanding
  • Structured approach to work and a strong focus on quality
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new situations and deal flexibly with changing requirements
  • Willingness to travel
  • Ideally, experience with Salesforce
  • Very good command of German and English (min. B2 level)
