As Brand Manager at Henkel, you will shape and execute marketing strategies for leading brands like Persil, Somat, and Schwarzkopf. You’ll work closely with market research, media planning, key account management, and creative agencies to drive growth and profitability. You’ll steer brand direction through market and competitive analyses, pricing decisions, and product innovation support. • Develop and independently implement marketing strategies based on market research for established brands
• Collaborate with market research, media planning, key account management, and creative agencies to refine strategies
• Plan and manage brands via market share analyses and contribution margin targets
• Define format strategy including pricing decisions
• Contribute to creative processes and assess potential new products
• Support development of marketing and point-of-sale materials

• Completed degree in business administration with a focus on marketing
• 5 years of professional experience in brand management/product management in FMCG
• Strong numerical affinity and analytical thinking
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, assertiveness and dedication
• Independence and initiative, with team spirit and flexibility
• Excellent German and very good English language skills
