Brand Manager Marketing (all genders)

You’ll be responsible for your products from concept to market launch.

Not every health challenge can be effectively addressed with a one-size-fits-all solution. That’s why axunio brings medications to market that meaningfully complement existing treatment options—for people with specific health needs, including psychiatric patients, children, and older adults.

As a Brand Manager, you’ll take responsibility for your products as if they were your own small business: You’ll develop the strategic direction, derive concrete actions from market, competitive, and customer insights, oversee implementation, and measure the results.

Four major product launches are scheduled for 2027 in Germany, with more to follow in 2028—and we’re just now building our marketing organization to support these efforts. A challenging task

• Developing, refining, and implementing brand plans for specific products and brands in the German market (RX).
• Deriving targeted marketing strategies from market, competitive, and customer data and translating them into effective actions.
• Planning and managing campaigns, omnichannel activities, conferences, symposia, and continuing education programs.
• Developing and refining materials tailored to specific target audiences—including physicians, pharmacies, and other stakeholders—in close collaboration with Medical Affairs.
• Continuously analyzing KPIs and identifying and implementing optimization measures.
• Working within a dynamic portfolio: You’ll respond flexibly to portfolio shifts and develop creative strategies and brand plans for new products on short notice.

A convincing background

• Several years of experience in pharmaceutical, RX, or healthcare marketing, ideally in brand or product management.
• A keen understanding of medical content and the ability to present it in a way that is clear and tailored to the target audience.
• Experience managing projects and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and external agencies.
• An analytical, structured, and pragmatic approach to work, combined with a strong hands-on mentality.
• You take responsibility from the strategic concept through to the final outcome. You don’t wait for detailed instructions; instead, you structure topics independently, propose solutions, and consistently see projects through to completion.
• You think critically and express your own well-reasoned opinions—even when they’re uncomfortable. At the same time, you involve relevant stakeholders and remain open to other perspectives.
• You prioritize based on impact: You distinguish between important and merely urgent activities, define clear goals and success criteria, and align your work accordingly.
• You thrive in a startup-like environment with ever-changing demands and view the lack of established structures as an opportunity to shape the future—not as a reason to stall.
• You respond flexibly to changes in the product portfolio and develop clear, creative strategies and brand plans for new products on short notice.
• Openness to new technologies and digital work methods, as well as an interest in effectively using AI-powered tools in day-to-day marketing work.
• Excellent German and English language skills, as well as proficiency with MS Office.
