Brand Manager Own Brands Food (All Genders)

Job Description

• Drive Brand Strategy & Execution : Lead the development and implementation of branding strategies for assigned food brand, ensuring strong positioning, clear USPs, and cohesive visual identity.
• Own End-to-End Brand Projects : Take full ownership of product launches, re‑positioning, and strategic projects (from planning to execution) ensuring quality, timeliness, and impact.
• Lead Cross‑Functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, legal, etc.) and external partners (agencies) to align brand initiatives with business objectives.
• Analyze Performance & Optimize Growth : Monitor key KPIs (e.g., sales growth, volume, customer acquisition, conversion) and use insights to develop actionable plans for brand and business growth.
• Support Assortment & Pricing Decisions : Collaborate on defining product assortments and pricing strategies that align with overall brand goals and market needs.
• Deliver Data‑Driven Insights : Maintain and analyze reports, drawing actionable insights to guide brand decisions and improve campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

• University degree in economics preferably with a focus on business administration / marketing.
• Relevant professional experience in brand/product management in FMCG, retail or pet food (3-5 years).
• Experience in cooperation and management of external agencies.
• Strategic thinker with a proven ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
• Profound analytical skills combined with a passion for numbers and large data volumes.
• Very good command of written and spoken English; further foreign language skills are an advantage.
• Expert knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
