Business Analyst – Booking Control

Responsibilities

• You will work on a variety of tasks in the area of booking control, with its many business and technical interfaces.
• A key focus of your role is the business analysis of customer inquiries and the development of functional and technical concepts to solve complex issues in the revenue and booking domain.
• You coordinate with other domain teams to ensure the implementability of requirements.
• The customer is at the center of your work: you identify, analyze and resolve inquiries and incidents according to their priority.
• To continuously improve our applications and services, you contribute your expertise as an active member of an agile team and take an engaged role in cross-cutting topics.
• You support testing activities and create test cases, test data and test documentation across different test levels during development to ensure quality.

Requirements

• You have completed vocational training with several years of professional experience, or a degree in (business) informatics, alternatively a degree in banking with several years of professional experience, or a comparable qualification.
• You possess basic technical knowledge and an understanding of application development, ideally within banking/finance, and have experience with the agile Scrum methodology.
• You have business-fluent German (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2).
• You are curious, detail-oriented and creative, with a critical eye and a willingness to question apparent assumptions.
• You are a team player with a strong commitment, show initiative, have a high sense of quality and responsibility, and work independently.
• Your profile is complemented by a strong service orientation and excellent communication skills.
