Задачи

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for admin panel development
• Gather and prioritize requirements across multiple business domains, aligning them with internal processes and goals
• Translate stakeholder needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation
• Work with the development team to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements
• Conduct reviews and demos with stakeholders to gather feedback and validate progress
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and departments to ensure clear communication and shared understanding of requirements
• Prioritize and refine the product backlog based on feedback, dependencies, and evolving business needs
• Support the development team in resolving blockers and ensuring smooth delivery
• Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies to drive continuous improvement and delivery excellence

Требования

• 4+ Years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or in a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for understanding complex business processes, identifying issues, and proposing solutions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholder groups simultaneously
• Ability to elicit, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements
• Knowledge of UML and BPMN notations
• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Strong decomposition skills
• Good knowledge of Atlassian Suite, including Jira and Confluence
• Experience creating wireframes using Miro, draw.io, Balsamiq, or similar tools
• Structured, process- and result-oriented approach with a practical problem-solving mindset
