Business Analyst – Strategy, Customer Insights

Analyse markets, campaigns, customer data, and customer journeys
Identify opportunities and derive actionable recommendations for Marketing, Sales, and Product
Contribute to the development and functional structuring of Data & AI use cases, such as personalisation, Next Best Action/Offer, churn prevention, and campaign optimisation
Prepare reports, analyses, and quantitative data as clear decision-making materials for management
Contribute to presentations, concepts, and roadmaps for senior management
Support strategy and conceptual work, as well as the structuring of complex topics
Support projects with organisation, coordination, and PMO activities
Prepare meetings and workshops, structure outcomes, and follow up on action items
Prepare internal and external sessions
Gather input from specialist departments
Support clients in becoming progressively more data-driven

Requirements

Completed degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Business Information Systems, Data & Business, Marketing, or a comparable discipline
Practical experience through internships or working-student positions in Consulting, Marketing, Digital, Analytics, or similar fields is advantageous but not required
Interest in business models, Marketing and Sales processes, and customer journeys
Ability to break down problems in a structured manner and develop solutions
Confident handling of KPIs, reports, and analyses
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI is a plus but not required
Interest in Data & AI, such as personalisation, segmentation, or forecasting
Ability to explain complex topics clearly and write in a clear, structured manner
Confident presence when engaging with stakeholders in presentations, emails, and workshops
High level of ownership and proactivity
Willingness to drive topics end to end and take responsibility
Ability to use AI tools to accelerate analyses, structure content, and optimise processes
Fluent German (C1+)
Good English skills are a plus
