• Define and maintain key metrics that provide a high-signal view of in-year business performance.
• Lead high-priority deep dives and intervention projects to diagnose risks, identify root causes, and unblock critical goals.
• Translate long-term strategic priorities into actionable operational plans, breaking ambiguous opportunities into structured workstreams.

Requirements:

• 12+ years of experience in product analytics, product strategy, or similar roles within high-growth technology organizations.
• Advanced analytical capabilities with SQL, Python, R, or comparable tools.
• Proven ability to build trust with senior leaders and facilitate productive conversations.
• Annual U.S. base salary range of $212,300–$318,500 with potential equity and bonus.
