Senior Programs & Business Operations Lead (Fully Remote)

• Own the merchandising strategy for Experiences, a hybrid biz ops and product ops role.
• Partner with Product and Engineering on ranking and personalization.
• Build the reporting layer to measure discoverability improvements.

A Typical Day:

• Define demand-side merchandising strategy: placement, sequencing, and logic for surfacing experiences.
• Push for dynamic, context-aware ranking and prioritize experiments.
• Serve as senior demand counterpart to Product and Engineering.

Your Expertise:

• 12+ years in business operations, product operations, or strategy.
• Strong analytical foundation and proven partnership with Product and Engineering.
• Able to navigate ambiguity and influence technical roadmaps.

How We'll Take Care of You:

• Base pay range $204,000 - $249,000 USD.
• Eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
• Remote eligible with occasional office work as agreed.
