Senior Director of Engineering (Fully Remote)

• Lead a 50+ person engineering organization across multiple teams and layers of leadership.
• Make tradeoffs between customer needs, product priorities, and engineering investment.
• Coach, mentor, and develop engineering managers and senior leaders.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of engineering management experience, including 5 years leading multiple teams.
• Proven experience managing engineering investment across a product portfolio.
• Strong executive-level judgment, autonomy, and ownership.
• Estimated annual cash salary of CAD $270,000–$360,000.
