• Execute the Platform Engineering Strategy and develop the vision for the engagement ecosystem.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in commerce, fintech, or digital platforms with 7+ years in leadership.
• Deep knowledge of cloud-native architectures, microservices, and event-driven systems.
• Strong background in AI/ML-driven personalization and recommendation systems.
