Sr. Manager, Business Operations (Fully Remote)

• Serve as a strategic partner to the leadership of Samsara’s Global Support organization.
• Drive operational excellence and enable data-informed decision-making at scale.
• Own the annual operating plan and the cadence that measures performance against it.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and maintain the capacity, headcount, and cost model for the Support organization.
• Own the Customer Support business review cadence end to end.
• Leverage AI tools on a day-to-day basis to accelerate modeling, analysis, and reporting.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in business operations, strategic finance, management consulting, or a related field.
• Experience owning an annual operating plan or equivalent multi-quarter planning process.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data tools like Tableau, Looker, SQL, and AI tools.
